How to Pay for ProxyPorts Services
ProxyPorts accepts multiple payment methods to make purchasing as convenient as possible.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Card payments are processed instantly. Your proxy is activated immediately after a successful payment.
Cryptocurrency
We accept cryptocurrency payments for customers who prefer additional privacy or do not have access to traditional payment methods. Supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), USDT, and other major coins.
Important notes about crypto payments:
- Crypto transactions require network confirmations before the payment is recognized. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour depending on network congestion and the cryptocurrency used.
- Always send the exact amount shown on the payment page. Sending a different amount may result in a failed or delayed transaction.
- If your crypto payment does not appear after 2 hours, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID) so we can trace it.
Account Balance
You can also pay using your ProxyPorts account balance. Balance is added when:
- You receive a balance refund for a previous purchase.
- You receive compensation credits (e.g., for downtime).
- You top up your balance manually.
Balance payments are processed instantly.
Common Payment Issues
